Cups, cups, cups
Yes! They’re back! A major success the past editions of Ieperfest, same story this year! How does it work? Well, when you buy a drink = you pay a bit extra for the cup. When you’re no longer thirsty and you return your empty cup to the washing up point or at the bar = you get a refund. When you want something to drink and have an empty cup, you have to use it at the bar. After the festival you can get a refund.
POSTER WALL
Reduce the amount of posters you hang up (and the amount of tape used) by putting them on the poster walls on the festival site. You can find them at the entrance. Same goes for flyers: less is more!
WATER/H2O
*TAP WATER SYSTEM:. We use reusable bottles and tap water for bandmembers & shitworkers.
*ECO SOAP AND WASHING-UP LIQUIDS (FOR FREE):
We team up with LUSH to provide our bands with awesome vegan-friendly soap. At all other places
(kitchen, bar, backstage, …) we’re still using 100%
biodegradable products.
*WASHING UP POINT: here you can return your empty plates, foodtrays and cups. Don’t throw them away because they are reusable!
