There are two ways to pay for drinks/food at the festival:
1) Download our app (IEPERFEST) & wire money straight into your account. Pay for drinks/food using the app.
⚠️NOTE: this is a new version of the app, so if you wired money, and it keeps syncing, please remove the app from your phone and install it again.
2) Buy a digital card at the festival (€1) and top up using cash/card at our ticketbooth. This year, the digital cards will have a unique QR-code, which makes it possible to wire money straight from your bank app. It´s a great way to share the card with friends. The QR-code also makes it possible yo get a refund after the festival.
The app allows you to avoid queues and check your remaining balance at all times. The app will also have valuable info about the festival & will make it easier to share important updates with you during the fest.
If you go with the second option, you’ll be able to see your balance at the bar/foodstands when you buy something. You can also link the digital card to the app to check your balance.
We’ve added a new timetable function to the app where you can add all the bands you want to check out! (all of them obviously!)
Refund policy
Money used to buy digital tokens can be refunded from the app & digital card. IMPORTANT: you have link your digital card with the unique QR code to your bank app in order to receive a refund!! Otherwise the refund is impossible.
You can request your refund until 14 days after the festival (21 JULY 12:00 pm) in the app (go to ‘view wallet details’ & press refund). €0,5 per transaction. Refunds will be wired into your account after 21 July.
Refund process digital card:
1) Scan the QR code on the back of the card.
2) Make an account & link your Ieperfest digital card.
3) Open ‘wallet-details’ & push the ‘refunds’ button
4) Enter the amount & your IBAN details.
